Dancehalls are a unique Texas thing that we don’t really have much of in Far West Texas. Doesn’t mean I don’t want to go to all of these.

What I’m Drinking This Week
Bulleit Bourbon. Has a real nice spicy flavor due to the high rye content, with hints of vanilla. If you drink your bourbon neat, you’ll like the spicy bite. I find an ice cube or two won’t hurt it either. Really great after a meal if you wanna just skip desert.

What’s the difference between a dancehall and a honky tonk? You go to a dancehall to dance with your wife and you go to a honky tonk to dance with someone else’s wife.
